WHAT IS ICONI?

The ICONI CRM system is designed specifically for supported employment projects. It is an off the shelf product that can be customised to each individual organisation, including their logos and branding.
It is split in to 5 stages of an employability “pipeline”, from registration to barrier removal, then vocational acitvity etc. It is a customer record management system (CRM) that allows you to capture data and monitor the progress of clients.
It tracks clients progress and records outcomes which will be required for funders.

The main advantage is that it stores all your client data in one system, reducing the need for multiple word documents/excel sheets etc.
Tracking client progress with the step-by-step guide to becoming job-ready and a traffic light system to show what has been completed and what still needs to be addressed.

Capito Digital is a tool for easy language. It supports you in simplifying texts, by breaking down difficult and incomprehensible words and phrases. This way you can adapt your texts to the language level of your target group.

EXAMPLES

Before sending out emails to your clients, the tool lets you check your written text and if it will be easily understood by your target group. The tool can help a person with disability to format text into easier language for them, if they know how to use the tool correctly.

WHAT IS Trello?

It is an online tool that helps to manage projects, organise workflows and track tasks with visual boards in a collaborative way. From the big milestones until the day-to-day tasks of working together, Trello allows the users to share any type of files (videos, photos, links, etc.).

EXAMPLES

As a management tool it facilitates the communication among professionals of the organisation from different departments. Every team can create a dashboard and include cards with information to share, such as:

1. Issues management, for job coaches to inform about challenges or problems during the job placement.

2. Leads management for professionals involved in the business research to inform about companies’ profile, tasks’ list, working environment, etc. With the information shared the team can easily match the job position with the candidate.

WHAT IS MindMeister?

MindMeister is an online mind mapping application that allows its users to visualise, share and present their thoughts via the cloud”. These mindmaps can be shared publicly or others can be invited to collaborate. Changes can be tracked in real time. In addition, there are various design options and templates – links, videos, images and PDFs can also be included.

EXAMPLES

1) You can do a short planning sessions with your colleagues on a topic or project using Mindmeister and visualise it with structure.

2) You could also plan with participants to visualise their tendencies and preferences in the vocational orientation. Entire network structures (“My personal network”) can also be displayed.

WHAT IS Qualli.life Strengh & Weakness?

Within the CRM programme Quallilife there is the option to do a strengths/weaknesses analysis. It serves as a means for quantifiable assessment of a participant’s basic competencies. The system is customizable to the needs of the educational institution and their projects and should therefore be configured before first use. It can be helpful in the context of career orientation and profiling and is a relatively simple multiple choice system.

EXAMPLES

The analysis of strengths and weaknesses can be a part of profiling and can be carried out for example at the beginning of a project with participants. It can be used to identify and visualise basic competences, competences (areas) and indicators. This can be done again at a later stage, for example to check learning progress in qualification measures.

Quallilife is a software that belongs to the field of CRMs (Customer Relationship Management). With Quallilife, employees of social organisations can create and manage participants, document, organise and communicate. Among other things, they can use it to create job-specific support and qualification plans, performance and behavioural assessments and other reports. You can design your own templates and entire areas, which can be used for profiling, for example. Quallilife allows secure communication with commissioning institutions via the em@W interface.

Quallilife allows you to document a complete case history. You can securely store documents per client, manage addresses, document attendance, manage travel costs, create, plan and document lessons (including learning objectives).
