WHAT IS Qualli.life Social Analysis?

Within the CRM programme Quallilife there is the option to carry out a social analysis. A kind of questionnaire divided into categories can be compiled. The answers can be automatically transferred into reports. Professionals can ascertain the social starting position of the clients and their previous history.

EXAMPLES

With the social analysis, offer-related questionnaires can be created, such as an anamnesis questionnaire at the start of an accompaniment. But detailed profiling analyses are also conceivable.

WHAT IS Miro?

Miro is an online whiteboard that can be used collaboratively. Its features include simple brainstorming, mindmaps, diagrams, structured evaluation discussions, flowcharts, activities for events etc. Through countless shared templates from Miro and its users, you can be inspired and adapt them to your own needs without much effort. In this way, numerous use cases can be found for which Miro is suitable and helpful, even for internal cooperation and job coaching.

EXAMPLES

1) Miro can be used well for structured evaluation interviews, as it is easy to use and the graphic presentation is clear and appealing. Thus, a structure can be worked out (or taken from among the countless templates), which is then filled with content during the discussion.

2) For work tasks that require participants to make rule-based decisions, a tree diagram can be a supportive visual aid. For example, if letters have to be enveloped according to their weight and size, but participants cannot see both factors at the same time, such an easy-to-create diagram can facilitate the step-by-step process of deciding on the appropriate envelope.

WHAT IS todoist?

Todoist is a collaborative task-and project management tool to organise and visualise to-do lists. It saves time by a simple assignment of tasks, especially when it involves multiple clients, colleagues and/or teams.

EXAMPLES

As we simultaneously work across many different (sub-)teams, Todoist cuts out a lot of verbal communication about the simple assignment of tasks, status reports etc. When used by a large number of staff members, it standardises how things are organised and visually highlights what still needs to be completed.
Colleagues can also decide to include their clients into their Todoist-projects, to ensure transparency.

Furthermore it supports the assessment of work performance, identification of educational needs and steps that need to be taken. It allows professionals to take a systematical approach in this field of vocational training.

WHAT IS alfaview?

AlfaView is a video conferencing tool, that has an explicit focus on data protection and following European data regulations.
Companies and organisations benefit from the fact that AlfaView has a “room concept”, so it is a virtual illustration of an office, in which you can create multiple meeting rooms with or without special purposes. For example, a general meeting room, a special room for spontanous 1-on-1-consultation, a social room, the human resources department’s office etc. For every room and meeting, a public or private invitation can be created.

EXAMPLES

AlfaView can be used in qualification classes, for individual consultation, as well as team meetings. It can be set up as a fully remote meeting or in a hybrid setting, when some participants can meet in person, whereas other participants can’t or don’t want to.

TaskCards

WHAT IS TaskCards?

TaskCards offers multiple digital boards and has a wide range of use cases. It can be used to store educational content that can be made available to clients in any place and at any time. Furthermore, it offers the possibility for remote teamwork, as well as individual work in classes, as well as for organisational topics.

EXAMPLES

1) Educational content can be stored and presented to clients. All types of content can be mixed, including text, videos, pictures, links or external tools. With an authoristion function, specific rights for reading and editing of content can be assigned to specific groups. That means, that you only have to provide one whiteboard, but you can share different links with – for example – more or less extensive difficulty. Or you can share one link, but activate content dynamically, when it is suitable.

2) To organise consultation days with job coaches, pedagogical assistants and clients, a board can be set up, where every time slot gets a different card. Further information like login data for video calls can be stored, as well.

We plan our collaborative teaching and collect ideas, we let participants work individually or collaboratively with TaskCards and we even started to think of creating portfolios.
