Microsoft Forms

WHAT IS Microsoft Forms?

Es una herramienta que permite crear cuestionarios, encuestas y sondeos para recabar opiniones de un público objetivo (empleados, participantes, clientes, empresas). La encuesta creada puede compartirse como enlace o código QR y también puede completarse en móviles. Los resultados se muestran en tiempo real y pueden exportarse a un archivo Excel para realizar análisis posteriores.

 

EJEMPLOS

Microsoft Forms puede utilizarse para supervisar la inserción en el puesto de trabajo.

1. Crear un cuestionario para tener el feedback de la empresa respecto a la evolución de un/a trabajador/a con discapacidad.

2. Crear un cuestionario para saber cómo se siente el/a usuario/a en el puesto de trabajo.

3. También puedes elaborar tú mismo cuestionarios como parte de los materiales educativos

¿QUÉ ES Trello?

Es una herramienta en línea que ayuda a gestionar proyectos, organizar flujos de trabajo y hacer un seguimiento de las tareas con tableros visuales de forma colaborativa. Desde los grandes hitos hasta las tareas cotidianas de trabajo colaborativo, Trello permite a los/as usuarios/as compartir cualquier tipo de archivos (vídeos, fotos, enlaces, etc.).

EJEMPLOS

Esta herramienta de gestión facilita la comunicación entre profesionales de la organización de distintos departamentos. Cada equipo puede crear un cuadro de mando e incluir tarjetas con información para compartir, como por ejemplo:

1. Gestión de incidencias, para que los preparadores/as laborales informen sobre incidencias o problemas durante la inserción laboral.

2. Gestión de contactos, para que los/as profesionales implicados/as en la búsqueda de empleo informen sobre el perfil de las empresas, la lista de tareas, el entorno de trabajo, etc. Con la información compartida, el equipo puede adecuar fácilmente el puesto de trabajo al/a candidato/a.

¿QUÉ ES InA.Coach?

The InA.Coach app is a digital task assistant that was developed together with job coaches and participants. In the app, work processes can be mapped in individual steps and each step can be backed up with aids such as written instructions, videos, checklists or timers. In this way, people can independently master even more complex tasks at their workplace with a contemporary tool.

EJEMPLOS

1) This app can be used, for example, at the start of a new task as part of an in-company qualification. The job coach and participants can take photos of the individual work steps together. Together with their colleagues, they can record what is particularly important in these work steps and also record this as a text or voice message. This can create an individual work aid that can be expanded and changed over time.

2) If-then jumps are an important function. While analog paper-based aids must always present all contingencies and can lead to a flood of information, this digital task assistance allows steps to be specifically displayed only when they are actually needed and otherwise remain hidden. For example, if a check shows that there are still sufficient quantities of a particular product in the warehouse, the reordering step does not need to be displayed.

AlfaView is a video conferencing tool, that has an explicit focus on data protection and following European data regulations.
Companies and organisations benefit from the fact that AlfaView has a “room concept”, so it is a virtual illustration of an office, in which you can create multiple meeting rooms with or without special purposes. For example, a general meeting room, a special room for spontanous 1-on-1-consultation, a social room, the human resources department’s office etc. For every room and meeting, a public or private invitation can be created.

EJEMPLOS

AlfaView can be used in qualification classes, for individual consultation, as well as team meetings. It can be set up as a fully remote meeting or in a hybrid setting, when some participants can meet in person, whereas other participants can’t or don’t want to.

¿QUÉ ES TaskCards?

TaskCards offers multiple digital boards and has a wide range of use cases. It can be used to store educational content that can be made available to clients in any place and at any time. Furthermore, it offers the possibility for remote teamwork, as well as individual work in classes, as well as for organisational topics.

EJEMPLOS

1) Educational content can be stored and presented to clients. All types of content can be mixed, including text, videos, pictures, links or external tools. With an authoristion function, specific rights for reading and editing of content can be assigned to specific groups. That means, that you only have to provide one whiteboard, but you can share different links with – for example – more or less extensive difficulty. Or you can share one link, but activate content dynamically, when it is suitable.

2) To organise consultation days with job coaches, pedagogical assistants and clients, a board can be set up, where every time slot gets a different card. Further information like login data for video calls can be stored, as well.
