In this module, after clarifying the term “collaboration”, we will work on the prerequisites and success factors for collaborative work in a team. The focus is on getting to know and trying out digital tools for synchronous and asynchronous collaboration in one’s own organization. The participants should develop an open attitude towards online collaboration and be able to recognize the added value of this form of cooperation.
