The approach taken in BELVEDERE is to base an organisation’s assessment result on the cumulative evaluation of individuals’ digital proficiency assessments, aiming to assign the organisation itself to a certain maturity level. Based on this maturity level, the project provides recommendations for organisations to further evolve the digital competencies of their employees and the organisational structures that support and encourage the usage of digital tools of the employees.
