Notability

WHAT IS Notability?

Notability is an app for easy notetaking on a blank sheet. On the website, you download templates for lists, calendars, etc. You can also upload your own files and fill out, for example, questionaires.

EXAMPLES

You can use notability to digitise notes, such as handwritten notes. The app can better recognise handwriting if the use has special foil on their tablet for writing. You can use the app to quickly sketch notes, implement pictures or for recording minutes in your team meetings.

WHAT IS Google Forms?

With Google Forms, you can create and analyse surveys right in your mobile or web browser – no special software required. You get instant results as they come in and you can summarise survey results at a glance with charts and graphs.

You can use the tool for getting feedback from an employer after a practical training. You can send the link for the questionaire to have it filled in and get quick feedback about your trainee. It is also possible to use it as a tool to create a poll about the next steps in your career path. So you can let the family, clients, the trainee and others give their input on a certain question.

Before sending out emails to your clients, the tool lets you check your written text and if it will be easily understood by your target group. The tool can help a person with disability to format text into easier language for them, if they know how to use the tool correctly.

Microsoft Forms

WHAT IS Microsoft Forms?

It is a tool for creating questionnaires, surveys and polls to collect feedback from a target audience (Employees, Participants, Clients, Companies). The survey created can then be shared as a link or QR code and also completed on smartphones. The results are shown in real-time and can be exported to an excel file to analyse afterwards.

 

EXAMPLES

Microsoft Forms can be used to monitor a job placement.

1. Creating a questionnaire to have the feedback of the company regarding the progress of a worker with additional support needs.

2. Creating a questionnaire to know how the participant feels at the place of work.

3. You can also compile quizzes yourself as part of educational materials.
