Lisa Franz

Team leader, pedagogue and Erasmus coordinator at Atempo in Graz. Austria.

Responsibilities:

I am the head of the department of digital inclusive education. Together with my team, we offer further training for educators on the topic of inclusion and digitalisation. We also accompany social organisations in their digitalisation offensives. I am currently also involved in six Erasmus projects.

What I like about Belvedere:

What I like about Belvedere is that it makes it possible to present digitisation in a way that is really specialized on the work of inclusive social organisations. So learners can use the knowledge directly in their own field of work.

Harald Weber

I am a scientific staff member and Chairman of the Board of the Institute for Technology and Work (ITA) in Kaiserslautern, Germany

Responsibilities:

My work focuses on the development, application, implementation and management of regional, national and European research projects. In addition, I lead the ITA on a voluntary basis together with my board colleagues. My research interests are in the areas of occupational inclusion; inclusive design / design for all; usability, accessibility & user-centred design of new technologies; organisational resilience; evaluation of prevention and participation programmes and initiatives.

What I like about Belvedere:

It is a privilege to be able to devote ourselves to the question of how we can design and use technology in such a way that it best supports us in our professional tasks and thus enables us to accomplish them with higher quality. The fact that BELVEDERE is working in a socially relevant area, namely supporting people with disabilities in their transition from school or vocational training into the world of work, makes it all the more exciting. The opportunity to work together with partners from Germany, Austria, Spain and Scotland is particularly inspiring and motivating and offers a lot of learning potential beyond the purely technical aspects.

Responsibilities:

My responsibilities include coordinating projects and (voccational) trainings. I also do personnel planning and many other organizational things. We are the corrdinating organsiation in the Belvedere project.

What I like about Belvedere:

I find it fascinating how project work with organizations from other countries can function so constructively and believe that we have created an innovative offering for educational professionals in the field of digitization.

Jobcoach at Hamburger Arbeitsassistenz in Hamburg, Germany.

Responsibilities:

I work as a jobcoach in all programs of the Hamburger Arbeitsassistenz and in an educational programme for learning groups. 

What I like about Belvedere:

Aaron Reitbauer

Responsibilities:

I work in different Erasmus+ projects, organise workshops in adult education, give courses on digital inclusive education and support organisations working with people with disabilities to become digitally fit.

What I like about Belvedere:

Belvedere brings the topic of digitisation closer to people in the field of job placement for people with disabilities in an understandable and comprehensible way. And it enables collaboration with exciting people from all over the EU!

What I like about Belvedere:

Responsibilities:

I work in various research projects on the topics of digitalisation, inclusion and sustainability. The focus is always on the organisations and people behind them.

What I like about Belvedere:

What I particularly like about Belvedere is the international cooperation with organisations from the field. Because of the practical relevance, you can really reach the target group and make a difference.

Ana Escudero

Jobcoach at AURA Fundación in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities:

My job as a job coach consists of accompanying the users in their workplace, both during their internship in the company and during their employment. The accompaniment is carried out by adapting the intensities according to their needs and establishing communication with the company and the family to work together. I also carry out weekly and monthly monitoring in the organisation to improve the performance of the users in the company.

What I like about Belvedere:

The possibility of being able to share experiences and good practices with other colleagues in the project is very inspiring.

Delia Ramcke

I am working as a social worker at Hamburger Arbeitsassistenz.

Responsibilities:

I am a job coach and offer various educational opportunities for people with learning difficulties. The learning offers are classic analog offers as well as digital formats.

What I like about Belvedere:

I like the exchange between the job coaches from different countries in Europe. It is exciting to find out where the similarities and differences are in the way of working.

Dave Gardener

Reseacher at ENABLE Works in Scotland

Responsibilities:

My role is varied and very different from many of my colleagues – I collect, collate and analysis both primary and secondary data to inform the management of the organisation on areas of relevance to the organisation. I also review changes in policy areas that both directly and indirectly the work of ENABLE Works.

What I like about Belvedere:

I have enjoyed collaborating with the different partner organisations across Europe, learning about the differences and similarities in the approaches to supported employment. I have also enjoyed working with the partners to develop the different aspects of the Belvedere programme and thinking how those within ENABLE Works would use these.

Marta Montserrat

Pre-employment trainer at AURA Fundación in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities:

Pre-employment training for users. Mainly social skills, development of basic and soft skills, practical activities, management of emotions and training on the labour market, trades and companies. I also give support to the users in the development of their CV and description of their job profile. I am also part of the team of professionals who make the pre-selection of candidates for the different job offers.

What I like about Belvedere:

Belvedere offers me the opportunity to get to know the ways of working of other professionals and organisations from different countries, and this is extremely enriching.

Claudia Huber

I am a social worker (B.A.) at Arkade Pauline 13 in Ravensburg, Germany.

Responsibilities:

My tasks include supporting people with various disabilities. I help them find a suitable job on the primary labour market. Digitisation is also part of my job.

What I like about Belvedere:

Belvedere offers the opportunity to work together with project partners and beyond national borders. This can lead to a valuable exchange and provides inspiration for one’s own work.

Maria Cabré

CEO, psychologist and psychopedagogue at AURA Fundación in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities:

To ensure the fulfilment of the foundational aims and mission of the entity. I also coordinate the different departments, manage new projects and promote strategic lines ensuring the fulfilment of the objectives and the annual budget. I support the professional team in their needs.

 

What I like about Belvedere:

Being able to exchange knowledge with other international organisations and create value for the sector of the people we serve.

I am a occupational therapist at Hamburger Arbeitsassistenz.

Responsibilities:

I work as a job coach in all measures offered by Hamburger Arbeitsassistenz. In addition, I give webinars (digital seminars) for participants once a week.

 

What I like about Belvedere:

I think the topic of digital participation for all people, with and without disabilities, is very important and I find it enriching to raise awareness for this topic on an international level.

Virginia Seoane

Job prospecting at AURA Fundación in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities:

I do job research for participants with intelectual disabilities as well as business and institutional relations in order to raise awareness about labour inclusion.

What I like about Belvedere:

I like the idea behind the project which improving the digital skills of professionals in the sector. I also like being able to exchange experiences with the partners of the consortium and to learn about the realities of other countries.

Emma Malcomson

I am a Contracts Manager for supported employability programmes in Glasgow and the surrounding area at ENABLE Works.

Responsibilities:

As Contracts Manager I manage a team of Employment Co-ordinators working on supported employability programmes, providing person-centred support to people with disabilities and long-term health conditions living in Glasgow City and the surrounding areas. We help people to find jobs and keep them, by matching them with the organisations and roles that are right for them! My main responsibility is to manage the delivery of our programmes and ensure we are delivering a quality service to all of our clients.

What I like about Belvedere:

My favourite part of working on the Belvedere project has been collaborating with the different organisations across Europe, to see how supported employability services are delivered in different countries and discovering what we can learn from each other. The whole point of the project was to develp a toolbox which can help people working in supported employment to find the right tools to support them to best support their clients into work and I’ve definitely learned a lot during this process!
